  • Any customized service, including listing optimization, ads setup, account management, SEO, website creation, or catalogue services

  • Delay or non-performance caused by incomplete information or lack of response from the client

  • If the client changes their decision after work has begun


3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel a service within 24 hours of purchase only if work has not started.

  • Once we begin working on your project, cancellations are not allowed.
